Lou parpèl 2021
Luberon

Tasting notes
harmonious bouquet of red berries and spices.
fruity and clean on entry with hints of liquorice. This is a precise and elegant wine with a lovely freshness and silky tannins. The finish is spicy with notes of white pepper.
The harvesting of the ripe grapes is carried out by machine, taking care to respect the integrity of the grape berries.
The AOC nestles in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. The vines grow in a sandy-clay soil at an altitude of 350 metres.
After de-stemming, the grapes are vinified in concrete tanks for three weeks. Pumping over is carried out every day to gently extract the aromas and tannins.
The wine is aged entirely in concrete tanks for 6 months.
