Appearance:
Pale, rose petal pink.
Nose:
Notes of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry).
Palate:
Fresh and very smooth with red fruit on the finish.
Sommelier's advice: Food pairing: provençal cuisine, white meat, salads, melon, Asian dishes and grills. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Grape variety/varieties:
Merlot et Rolle.
Harvest:
Sandy-clay soil made up of red clay. Parcels located in the villages of Pourcieux and Pourrières at the feet of Mount Aurélien and Mount Sainte-Victoire. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification:

This allows us to optimise the temperature to obtain perfect extraction and a natural colour. Fermentation is carried out at 17°C in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the aromas and freshness.
