This Supra de Cassis - Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne Trenel owes its exceptional quality to two essential factors: the quality of the fruits and the particular uniqueness of its terroir. The blackcurrant berries come exclusively from the Hautes Côtes de Nuits area. They are grown in the village of Concoeur, only two kilometers away from Vosne-Romanée, on clay-limestone soils at 300 m to 400 m above sea level. Tasting : Supra de Cassis - Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne Trenel is an attractive bright purple color with violet tints. The nose is complex and highly concentrated, with a bouquet of blackcurrant and licorice aromas mingled with undergrowth notes. The attack is rich on the palate, then the freshness of blackcurrant takes its place and creates a balance and a pleasant harmony to this liqueur. The finish is extremely long.
